New York or Chicago (Flexible working arrangement) Our client are a global top 10 law firm, with a highly regarded restructuring practice who deliver high profile restructurings and insolvencies involving global brands for a wide range of clients. These include distressed companies, insolvency practioners, creditors, private equity, banks & other financial institutions. The team represent practice focus on predominantly (75%) on Chapter 11 work, with the (25%) Chapter 15. There is a relatively even mix between the in-court and out-of-court work. The debtor and creditor split is also 50/50.

Our client is an Am Law 20 firm, with a top ranked Leveraged Finance practice. This market leading practice focuses on structuring, documentation and negotiation of secured and unsecured financing transactions for both borrowers and lenders. The majority of their work is focused on borrower side, however they still work with lenders. Transactions include senior, mezzanine and subordinated debt, acquisition financings; loan workouts and restructurings. The team represent a large range of clients across varied industries and also have a cross office staffing model, so you can work with Partners in other offices.
