Our client, a leading law firm in London, is seeking a junior U.S.-qualified associate to join its growing High Yield team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a highly regarded corporate finance practice, advising issuers, underwriters, sponsors, and other market participants on high-yield issuances, private placements, financial restructuring, and liability management transactions.
