Our client, a renowned Am Law 50 firm, is seeking a skilled Public Finance Associate/ Senior Associate/ Counsel with 3+ years of experience to join their accomplished Finance Practice Group. This team specializes in a wide range of public finance transactions across sectors like Education, Economic Development, Housing, Infrastructure, TIF and Healthcare.

You’ll play a pivotal role in collaborating with borrowers, issuers, financial institutions, and governmental entities on impactful public finance deals, serving as bond counsel, lender’s counsel, and disclosure counsel.

Exposure to tax, securities, UCC, and contract law principles relevant to public finance is highly desirable.

Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills with a collaborative and proactive approach.
