Our client, a leading law firm in London, is seeking an Associate, Senior Associate, or Counsel to join its growing Structured Finance/ Securitization team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work as part of the team’s succession plan, advising lenders, arrangers, and issuers on complex securitization transactions, including residential mortgage securitization, commercial mortgages, forward flows, auto loans, trade receivables, and warehouse lending.

Who They’re Looking For:

• 3+ years PQE associates through to counsel level, with experience in structured finance, securitization, capital markets, or securities.
• Preference for candidates with lender, arranger, or issuer-side experience. Trustee-side experience is less relevant.
• Candidates from Commonwealth jurisdictions are highly valued, and the firm will provide sponsorship.
