Finance Associate – Am Law 50 Firm

I’m working with an Am Law 50 firm that is experiencing impressive organic growth within its finance practice and is now looking to add a junior associate as part of a long-term succession plan.

The team advises private credit funds and bank lenders on a broad range of financing transactions, including cash flow and asset-based lending, sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts, and acquisition financings. The practice has a strong lender-side tilt (approximately two-thirds lender, one-third borrower), offering excellent exposure to sophisticated institutional clients.
