Our client is seeking a Capital Markets Associate (1st - 3rd class years) to join its highly regarded Capital Markets & Securities Practice. With a proven track record of handling transactions totaling over $670 billion in the last six years, our client offers an unparalleled platform for attorneys looking to work on sophisticated equity and debt transactions across industries, including consumer products, energy, financial services, and real estate.
Role Highlights:
- Advise issuers, investors, and underwriters on a broad range of capital markets transactions.
- Work on public and private equity and debt offerings, including IPOs, Rule 144A offerings, high-yield and investment-grade debt, green bonds, and more.
- Collaborate with cross-border teams across the U.S., UK, Asia, and the Middle East.
- Gain exposure to complex, high-profile transactions
Ideal Candidate:
- 1-3 years of capital markets experience at a top law firm.
- Experience with SEC reporting, public and private equity offerings, and debt financings preferred.
- Exceptional drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.
