About the Role
Restructuring Associate – Fully Remote
I’m working with a mid-sized, restructuring-focused law firm that consistently goes head-to-head with the major players in the market while remaining intentionally lean and long-term in how it builds its teams. This is a fully remote role, offering top-of-market work without the usual Big Law constraints.
The practice is heavily focused on Chapter 11 creditor-side matters, representing sophisticated institutional and financial clients. Hiring is clearly succession-driven, associates are brought in with equity partnership in mind, rather than as short-term leverage.
