Finance Associate – Am Law 50 Firm

I’m working with an Am Law 50 firm that is experiencing impressive organic growth within its finance practice and is now looking to add an associate as part of a long-term succession plan.

The team advises private credit funds and bank lenders on a broad range of financing transactions, including cash flow and asset-based lending, sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts, and acquisition financings. The practice has a strong lender-side tilt (approximately two-thirds lender, one-third borrower), offering excellent exposure to sophisticated institutional clients.
