Restructuring Associate – National Practice

I’m working with a large, full-service law firm that is looking to add an associate to its restructuring group. This is a small, high-impact team operating within a strong national platform, offering genuinely interesting work and long-term career upside.

The practice is truly generalist, spanning both restructuring litigation and transactional matters, with a balanced mix of creditor- and debtor-side representations. The team is lean by design, which means associates get meaningful responsibility, strong visibility, and direct partner access.

Practice Overview

• Chapter 11 focused work, including committee representations

• Indenture trustee matters

• Some cross-border exposure, including Chapter 15 matters

• Mix of litigation and transactional restructuring work
