Our client, a leading global law firm, is seeking a High Yield Associate, Senior Associate, or Counsel to join its growing London-based team. This is an exceptional opportunity to take on a pivotal role in an expanding practice with significant untapped potential, advising on high yield offerings, bridge-to-high yield financings and high yield debt restructurings.

Who They’re Looking For:
A high yield lawyer with at least 4 years PQE, comfortable handling the technical aspects of deals beyond disclosure.
Candidates must have experience across the full lifecycle of a high yield transaction.
Open to lawyers with issuer or underwriter-side experience.
A proactive, go-getter mentality, eager to take on responsibility and help build the practice.
