Location: Any US Office | Core team in NYC & LA

An elite US firm with one of the most sophisticated fund finance practices in the market is actively looking to hire a mid-senior level Fund Finance Associate to join their team.
The Role The team advises on complex borrower-side fund financings across a range of structures and fund types, including:
- Subscription lines (sublines)
- NAV facilities
- Hybrid facilities
- Management lines
- BDC-related lending
