Finance Associate
Am Law 50 Firm
Class Years: 1st – 3rd
Locations: Atlanta, New York, or Chicago - Hybrid working (3 days in-office, 2 days WFH)
Our client, an Am Law 50 Firm, is experiencing significant organic growth within its Finance Practice, creating exceptional career advancement opportunities. The practice leader is committed to long-term growth; each hire is made with a view to partnership. In the past five years, the team has doubled in revenue and continues to expand, allowing junior attorneys to take on meaningful responsibility and advance quickly. To support this momentum, the firm seeks associates with 1–3 years of experience.

Key Details:
The practice focuses on private credit and bank lenders, handling cash flow and asset-based lending transactions, including sponsor-backed leveraged buyouts and acquisition financings. The work is primarily lender-side (2/3) versus borrower-side (1/3). Collaborative, supportive, and entrepreneurial practice group.
