Location: New York, Hybrid (3 days in-office & 2 days WFH)
Our client, an Am Law 50 firm, has achieved impressive success with a high-performing Capital Markets team that operates at an exceptional level while maintaining a relatively small size.
Key Details:
The team represents both underwriters and issuers across a balanced mix of debt and equity work. Heavier focus on debt transactions, with a 60% debt (high-yield and investment grade, with a slight emphasis on high-yield) and 40% equity split.
