Class Years: 3rd – 7th
Location: New York or Chicago, Hybrid (3 days in-office & 2 days WFH)
Our client, an Am Law 50 firm, boasts a large, globally recognized capital markets team that is expanding further and seeking skilled associates to join their ranks.
Key Details:
The team represents both issuers and underwriters across a wide variety of equity and debt capital markets transactions, with a focus on debt (80% of transactions, including both investment grade and high-yield) and equity (20%). The practice places an emphasis on issuer work, with roughly 80% of transactions on the issuer side and 20% on the underwriter side. Industry-agnostic, the team works across sectors such as manufacturing, energy, technology, consumer goods, and life sciences.
