How It Works

1. Submit Your Referral: Know a lawyer who’s open to considering their options in the market? Share their details with us through our simple referral form.
2. We Connect: Our team will reach out to your referral and guide them through our recruitment process, ensuring they find the perfect match for their skills and career goals.
3. Earn Your Reward: Once your referral is successfully placed and has remained with their new firm for the qualifying period, you can choose to receive your reward as either cash or gift cards, based on the level of the hire.

Referral Rewards

• Associate referral: $1,000 (cash or gift cards)
• Counsel referral: $2,000 (cash or gift cards)
• Partner referral: $4,000 (cash or gift cards)

Terms and Conditions

• The referred candidate must not already be registered with Montalt Partners.
• The referral reward will be issued after the candidate has been placed and remains in their new position for 180 days.
• Rewards are paid per successful placement and are linked to the seniority of the role secured.
• Rewards may be taken as cash or gift cards, subject to standard payment processing requirements.
• There is no limit to the number of referrals you can make or rewards you can earn.
