Compensation: $235K – $260K

This is a chance to work on high-value, complex transactions that span traditional capital markets and the capital markets elements of M&A, restructuring, and asset management.

Your Role

• Advise on equity and debt capital markets transactions.
• Collaborate on cross-border capital markets aspects of M&A and restructuring matters.
