US Capital Markets Associate (4-6 PQE) – US Firm – London

Our client, a prestigious US law firm, is seeking a talented US Capital Markets Associate (4-6 PQE) to join its growing London team. This is an excellent opportunity to work on sophisticated, bespoke transactions across equity and debt capital markets, with a strong focus on sponsor-side representations. The team handles high-value, complex deals, offering broad exposure without the constraints of a volume-based model.

Ideal Candidate:
PQE: 4-6 years post-qualification experience.
Experience: Strong background in US securities transactions, high-yield and investment-grade debt, IPO experience, and Exchange Act (34 Act) and Securities Act (33 Act) work.
Balanced Skillset: Ideally, the candidate will have a mix of equity and debt capital markets experience (not solely high-yield).
US Qualification: US-qualified lawyers with strong capital markets experience
