• Creditor-side bondholder restructurings
• Schemes of arrangement and administrations
• Sovereign debt restructurings
• Cross-border Chapter 11 and Chapter 15 matters (in close collaboration with the US team)
• Both debtor- and creditor-side mandates, formal insolvencies, and out-of-court restructurings

Sector focus includes: financial services, consumer goods & retail, energy, and manufacturing.
