We are representing a leading multinational law firm seeking a talented Fund Finance Associate (3-8 PQE) to join their growing Finance team in London. This is an exciting opportunity to work on complex, high-value transactions while maintaining a strong work-life balance.

The Role

This position primarily focuses on fund financing, with the flexibility to broaden into leveraged finance, specialty finance, and real estate finance. The team represents both funds and lenders on a variety of transactions, including: NAV financings; Hybrid facilities; Syndicated subscription facilities; Capital call facilities

Candidate Requirements

• 3-8 years PQE with experience in fund finance, banking & finance, or structured finance.
• Qualified in England & Wales.
• Strong background in advising lenders and/or funds on financing transactions.
