The firm’s Debt Finance Practice focuses on both lender and borrower-side work, with a growing presence across several finance verticals:

Venture Debt (representing private credit)

Bank Finance

Specialty Finance (including film & media, franchise finance, and tax credit financing)

The incoming associate will work closely with a senior leader in the practice who is also taking on a co-head role. This position offers exceptional mentorship, direct client exposure, and the opportunity to develop into a future leader.

The firm is also open to 2nd or 3rd-year securitization associates looking to pivot into general finance.
