Our client, a leading Am Law 100 firm celebrated for its collaborative and supportive culture, is seeking a 3rd–6th year Capital Markets Associate to join their thriving team. This opportunity offers exposure to a sophisticated mix of equity and debt capital markets work, with a slight emphasis on equity transactions. You’ll work closely with issuers and underwriters, particularly on the underwriter side.

Requirements:
3rd–6th year associate with strong Capital Markets experience.
